Many eBay sellers rant on about feedback issues right in the middle of their listing descriptions, which I have always considered to be very unprofessional. This is most likely because of bad experiences they've previously had with negative feedback. I do not find this necessary because eBay does a fantastic job of explaining how to leave proper feedback, so sellers should not need to tell buyers how to leave feedback. That being said, it is my personal belief that you will never need to leave me negative or neutral feedback. I say this not because I never make mistakes, but because I will always be willing to resolve any problems you have with my service. All you need to do is contact me and tell me what the problem is and I will be willing to work with you to provide a custom solution to fix whatever has left you unsatisfied.

A note to all eBay buyers. All game listings will be found under the the new business eBay id "strykex_games" starting this July (09). Before that, all listings were sold using my personal eBay id "robsmithx". For an accurate feedback rating, new buyers should consider the feedback on "robsmithx" as a reference.
