Shipping:
Shipping is only available to Canada or USA.
After payment is received I normally ship via Canada Post within 2 business days.
Under normal circumstances, shipping is always fast. However, US buyers please be aware that I am in Canada and shipping time can occasionally take between 1 and 2 weeks when traveling to the US. If you require your item within a fixed time frame, I would be happy to ship using a more expensive method for the appropriate cost.
If for some reason you do not receive your item within a reasonable time frame, please let me know and I will do everything in my power to track it down and resolve things for you.
Policies:
I will offer exchange or refund if you contact me to request it within 30 days. The item must be returned in the exact same condition it was sent.
The return shipping will be refunded if you are returning the item due to a mistake in the item description, if you received the wrong item, or if the item is defective ("AS IS" items not included).
Items listed as "NEW" will not be eligible for full refund if they are opened.
Items listed "AS IS" are not eligible for returns or refunds.
